Ya, its me, the big G-one-three. I guess I've been on hiatus for a while now. A lot of people that I've talked to think I did the last post for obvious reasons, but its not true, check out the 'posted by' name, it was Ian.
For all of you that don't know, I got a job with foo at an insurance claims company (not an insurance company, that's gay). All's been super swell. Its nice to be confronted by a problem you need to right code for, and you can do it in php. For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, trust me, it rocks. We got hit bad with klez last week, but due to the fact that there's two of us now, he got to keep coding, and I got to wipe it off of 30+ computers. And install software to keep it off. And check up on said software every 30 seconds. And find misc computers around the building that aren't documented anywhere that were festering with infection. But, hey, it keeps me busy. Besides that, I've been busy with a data migration project that is pretty much taking up all my spare time plus some.
I know this doesn't interest two thirds of my audience (read: 4 out of the 6 of you all), but I just had to vent my spleen for a moment.
Outside of that, not much has been going on. I've started eating and drinking on weekdays again. I still don't know if that's good or bad. Probably bad, I've been feeling husky lately. I'm kinda of throwing away my dream of attaining the sveltness of my younger days. Or maybe not. Maybe a good month long drug binge will bring me back into weight check.
Anyhow, I miss my point... well, really I have no point. I guess I'll go now. You've had you're damned update, I hope your happy.
Oh yeah, and congrats to the Winkle, he gots himself gain'fly employed now too. And working with linux. ROCK ON!
